Interface Engineers

The primary responsibility of the Interface Engineer is to assist the development and field support teams with all technical aspects of development, installation and support required to deliver high quality interface solutions for the Lattice MediCopia solution set. A secondary responsibility of the Interface Engineer is to provide second level support to the Technical Support group when needed. Limited travel may be a necessary but not an integral part of this position.

Although we interface with multiple EMR, HIS, LIS and BBIS vendors, both directly and via HL7, deep knowledge and experience with Sunquest and/or Meditech are key to the successful Interface Engineer candidate.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in interface implementations in a health care environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and processes for problem resolution.
• SQL Relational Database, and SQL command line knowledge
• Understanding of lab and pathology workflows a plus.
• Understanding of HL7.
• Meditech and/or Sunquest interface experience.

Project Manager/Trainer

Our project managers are highly technical and the primary contact for all aspects of a project, including configuration,
training and on-site support during go-lives. The successful Project Manager/Trainer will not only manage the schedule and communicate with the customer, but is also technically adept to provide hands-on configuration, training and Tier 1 support during go-lives. Travel and on-site support are an integral part of this position, although travel is limited to 10-15% of the year.

Requirements

• Understanding of hospital lab environments - medical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and processes for problem resolution.
• Experience in training super-users or in "train the trainer".

Crystal Reports Developer

We have an opening on our development team for a Crystal Reports developer. The successful candidate must be
able to create and maintain existing Crystal Reports, but also resolve provide deep experience in design choices
for integrating Crystal Reports into the MediCopia solution. This is a contract-only position.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Crystal Reports.
• SQL Relational Database, stored procedures.
